My grandkids were blown away by Santa and were absolutely sure he was the real deal. The Grand Ballroom for a breakfast? Classy! The tables had balloons and treats, and breakfast was scrumptious! There were staff members everywhere to help. It was so fun seeing all the excited kids in their Christmas pj! Well, actually the adults were in Christmas pjs too! The breakfast was so fun and elegant at the same time. For movie night they rolled in the blanket and pillows and popped mountains of popcorn. At Peppermint Park there were so many fun activities and even a Santa escape room that our grandchildren loved. There were so many little extra touches such as the elaborately decorated cookies with the Santa VIP meeting. It was the most wonderful experience! From check-in to check-out it was a jolly time with absolutely not glitches! We felt spoiled. What a game-changer! Jeffrey has only been at the Hilton Anatole a few months, but I think they have hit the jackpot with him! He assured me if we gave them another chance, we would not be sorry. But in November I called one more time, and I was directed to Jeffrey the Director of Recreation and Wellness. HILTON ANATOLE DALLAS JADEWATERS WATERPARK Side note: On September 2, Hilton Anatole will have another fireworks show exclusively for hotel guests! It was the best view, plus the kid’s concierge was open for drinks, ice cream, popcorn and candy! ![]() It was the perfect way to end the day, right on the Anatole lawn. We happened to be at the Hilton Anatole for Memorial Day weekend, which was commemorated with fireworks just for hotel guests. They were excited to play BINGO, make a kid’s craft, ride the train, see the marionette show and, my favorite, race those ducks in the lazy river! (Prizes are awarded for certain activities!) Also, you won’t want to miss the Root Beer Garden Party on Friday and Saturday nights! My children love the activities offered by the Kid’s Concierge. Plus, on the weekends, Jade Waters offers a variety of activities like duck races, movies under the stars, pool parties and so much more! In fact, make note of the Fun Pass, which is your child’s discounted ticket to fun activities featured at the park!
